Got to the reservoir at about 10am to be greeted by similar conditions as
the day before. Spent about half an hour taking in fluids to rehydrate me
from last nights session and trying to muster up enough energy to rig.
Out on the water found sailing easy, gybes were going well, still seem to
kill all the speed though, I come out of the turn at a snails pace.
Been sailing for an hour or so when I was over the far side and the wind
decided to die, spent about 15mins with hardly any wind so I decided to get
a drink. At this point some one must have switched the wind machine up a
level as it blew soooo hard, gusts up to force 8.
Got off the water about 2:15pm, hands really hurting from my crappy boom.
As I was packing away I ripped the top panel in my sail, not to worry
though fairly small. All in all a good day, the sun was shining and the
wind was blowing - a great cure to get rid of a hangover.
